Sometimes we wake up lacking energy or gusto and wonder how we are going to make this day productive. You will donate this amount to charity or a temple at the specified date if you haven’t achieved your goals written in the contract. Take a print of the contract and pin it on the wall it will keep you reminding of your targets each and every day and keep you motivated to work towards your goals.
5. Go Green:
Studies have found that the color green helps increase motivation, as well as energy and creativity. So, taking a walk in the park is not just relaxing and good for your heart and lungs, it also gives you long term benefits to your mental health. Also, you can try adding some pot plants to your office or work area. Certain plants such as spider plants and cacti also have the added benefit of absorbing indoor radiation and will improve the internal air quality, which will help you sit and work in a healthy environment and breath in fresh air which will keep your brain working with new ideas and energy.
6. Keep Reading:
There is no alternative to reading as it not only brings wisdom but also brings in lot of things which really help you keep motivated. Reading the biographies of people who inspire you the most is best way to keep you motivated to work to achieve your goals.
7. Manage Your Time Efficiently:
True that we all have only 24 hours in a day, but when you manage your time efficiently you can make most of your day’s value. Try to make a list of tasks you want to get done in your day priority wise and try finishing them in the same day, if you can’t get that done in that day propel it as the first task for your next day, so that you don’t miss out working on any such priority task. Sense of achievement is the best self-motivation and this will fuel you to work on other things to achieve your goals more passionately and efficiently.
